Why buy a House?

Your house gives you Moral and effects everything from how much you train each time you use the Gym to how successful you are doing Gigs.

New Starting Players

For a new starting player the first thing they should do is sell some condoms on the condom market for a decent amount of quick cash.

On the City page is the Housing Market in the center of the page under (Travel,Housing and Finance)

Then get themselves a Medium sized house and add or upgrade a few rooms to get themselves some Moral to do there gigs successfully to collect more condoms.

(You can always sell the house back to the game for 75% of the retail value)

Each larger house starts with more Moral or has more spots to add more rooms to gain more Moral.

As you gain more and more cash always look below the New Houses on the Housing Market at older homes other players are selling. Many times you can get a bargain house that you can use and sell back to the game and get all your money back.

After you max out your House in Rooms, You can begin working on the Unlimited Quality Levels. The higher the level, the more boost you gain for that Room Type.

There is curently 6 Room Typess and 3 Addon Types:
House Rooms Total Number of Rooms based on the Type of House.
(Limit of 10 of each kind of room to gain an Quality Boost for that room)
Each of the following types below has a Quality Level. Each Type has 6 kinds of rooms based on its size, with a .quality base between 0.001 - 0.01. This value is multiplied by the quality level to get the boost percentage for that room.
- Bedrooms
- Bathrooms
- Kitchens
- Dens
- Living Rooms
- Offices
Example:
Rockstar Sized Bathroom = Level 6 which is 0.01, with a quality level of 10.
It becomes 0.1, if you have 10 Rockstar-sized Bathrooms it becomes a 1% boost for Morale for up to 10 Rockstar-sized Bathrooms.

ADDONS (Limit of 1 of each Addon)
Each of the follow types below has a Quality level also, but with addons it affects the Boost for that type of addon. Each type has 5 levels of the addon, with a .quality base between 0.02 - 0.1.
- Pool
- Home Gym
- Dojo
Example:
Lazy River = Level 5 which is 0.1 base, with a Pool Technication level 10.
It adds a 1% boost to the current 35%, making it a 36% Boost to Agility Stats in the Gym.
